How it Works
Visit Workflow & Definition
You have selected a student and arranged a visit with the guardian and a partner teacher for a visit. You will SCHEDULE / CREATE / ADD a visit record in the app.
Partner will receive an email and action alert to go into the app to CONFIRM / AGREE that you will be a partner for the visit.
Once a visit has been conducted/ done. Lead teacher will RECORD / DOCUMENT the visit in the app.
Partner will receive email and action alert to go into the app to VALIDATE / AGREE that the visit has occurred, and the information recorded by the Lead Teacher is accurate.
